Buying a Komori offset press is not like buying a consumer printer. If you are comparing used machines, or trying to decide between a new Komori printing press and another vendor, the first number on the quote should not be your only number. After six years of managing procurement for a commercial printing company, I have watched too many purchase decisions focus on the discount percentage and then pay for it later in installation, training, spare parts, and downtime.
